Description
It has a well-rounded nose reminiscent of plums and violets. Initially filling the mouth, it extends to a very clean and long finish. Fine, powdery tannins and dark fruit linger until the end. An elegant wine with great persistence.
Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bâtonnage in stainless steel tanks.
