Description
It's a rosé with aromas of raspberry, fresh currant, and some ripe strawberries. On the palate, it's full of freshness, well-balanced, and with a long, pleasant finish.
Winemaking:
Total destemming, gentle crushing, automatic pressing. Static clarification of the must at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks in a cold chamber for 20 days. Aging on fine lees for 3 months.
