Description

Aroma of tropical fruit, ripe mango, mineral with some citrus notes. Soft, with marked freshness and a very present structure. Elegant, fresh and lingering finish.

Winemaking:
Total destemming, gentle crushing, automatic pressing. Static clarification of the must at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks in a cold chamber for 20 days. Aging on fine lees for 3 months.
