Total destemming, gentle crushing, automatic pressing. Static clarification of the must at low temperature. Fermentation of part of the Arinto and Fernão-Pires batch in stainless steel tanks in a cold chamber for 20 days, the remainder (Antão Vaz) fermented in French oak barrels where it subsequently aged for 4 months.
Notes of tropical fruit, minerality and ripe flowers, in an elegant, fresh, long wine that expresses the excellence of our terroir.
