Complete destemming, gentle crushing, automatic pressing. Static clarification of the wort at low temperature.
Fermentation of part of the batch (Arinto and Fernão Pires) in stainless steel vats, in a cold chamber for 20 days, the remainder (Antão Vaz) in French oak barrels. Aged on the fine lees for 6 months.

Notes of ripe plums, spice, mint, green coffee, and toast.
Structured, fresh, with long and velvety tannins, it expresses the excellence of our terroir.
