Description

Gentle crushing and defrosting, fermentation in a stainless steel mill at 25 ° C with submerged and diary rack and return blanket. Malolactic fermentation in 300-liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. Aged for 12 months in the bottle before going to market.

Exotic fruit notes of black fruit jelly, licorice, spices and toast. Soft, with deep acidity, balanced and elegant. Very long palate, based on solid tannins, abundant, but round and velvety.
