Garnet in color, with a bouquet of stewed spices, wild berries mingled with tobacco, toast, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with a finish that reveals the enormous potential of this grape variety.
Winemaking:
Careful selection of the best grapes of this variety. Fermentation in lagar at 27ºC. Malolactic fermentation in barrel and aging for 24 months in French oak barrels. Bottled in 2020 and aged for a long time in the bottle before being released to the market.
