TEST NOTE:
Notes of jam, some spices, tobacco leaf with hints of the wood in which it aged. Soft attack, well-balanced acidity, winter fruits with many spice notes.
A long and persistent finish that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Complete destemming without crushing, fermented in stainless steel at 25ºC.
