Descrição

Winemaking:
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. Aged for 3 months in second and third use French oak barrels with bâtonnage.

Test results:
Bright yellow citrine color. Mineral notes and white pulp fruit. Good volume and freshness, excellent acidity, good persistence. Intense and long finish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11°C.
