Winemaking:
Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel, with light manual pumping over twice a day at the peak of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously. Aged in stainless steel and 4 months in bottles before going to market.
Test results:
Bright color, slightly open. Complex aroma with notes of ripe black fruit. Fresh, complex, good persistence. Long and deep finish.
Advice from storing and serving:
Serve at 16ºC. It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dark place.
