Winemaking:
Total destemming, fermentation with neutral yeasts, at the end of fermentation separation of the thick lees. Aged in stainless steel and 8 months in bottles before going to market.
Test results:
Bright citrine yellow color. Complex aroma with some notes of iodine and smoke. Fresh, complex, good persistence. Intense and deep finish.
Advice from storing and serving:
Serve at 12ºC. It can be consumed immediately or in the next few decades, as long as it is stored in a cool, dark place.
