Winemaking:
Total destemming, fermentation with neutral yeasts, separation of coarse lees at the end of fermentation. Aged in stainless steel and 8 months in bottle before being released to the market.

Exam notes:
Bright citrine yellow. Intense citrus aroma, slightly smoky. Good volume and freshness, marked acidity, good persistence. Intense, long and persistent finish.

Storage and serving tips:
Serve at 12°C. Can be consumed immediately or within the next few decades, provided it is stored in a cool, dark place.
