Bright citrine yellow. Mineral notes and white-fleshed fruit. Good volume and freshness, marked acidity, good persistence. Intense and long.
In the Dão region, Pedra Cancela can already be considered a new regional icon. According to Pedro Garcias of Público, a Portuguese newspaper, its wines express the terroir of this central region, so important to Portuguese wine, like few others.
This white wine stands out for its freshness. It's a young, cheerful, 'poolside' wine. Its aroma highlights white-fleshed and stone fruits, citrus notes, and an interesting mineral touch. On the palate, it's refreshing, with good body and a persistent finish.
