Gold straw color with greenish tones at the edges. Aromas that suggest creaminess (butter suggestion) with vanilla notes and very appealing floral notes of Madressilva. Occasional touches of toast are also present. Great elegance. Very fresh in the mouth with a citrus acidity (lemon and grapefruit) that gives focus and clarity to the whole. The long ending suggests white and nutmeg pepper.
Vinification:
After smooth disgust, the whole grape goes to the press. Refined mustly to very low pressures are subjected to a clarification process in order to bring them closer to the most favorable characteristics to the good development of the fermentative process. The onset of alcoholic fermentation occurs in Cubas, then to go to the different barrels that are intended, new and used. The Sur Lies internship allows to consolidate the profile of wine, in a set that is intended structured, with creamy volume and texture. This wine is bottled until summer after the vintage and greatly benefits from a prolonged bottle stage for good wood integration, revealing its entire organoleptic potential and aging capacity.
