Vinification:
The grapes were harvested in September and were transported to the wine cellar in 25 kg boxes. After 12 hours of cold chamber storage, they were deceived and partially pressed, being sent by gravity to the fermentation tank. The winemaking took place in wood and stainless steel vats, but the wine interned only on wooden vats. Throughout the process, the wine was moved gently without the use of bombs, but by gravity.
TEST NOTES:
Red, intense color with purple shades. The bouquet is thin and fresh, remembering wild fruits. There are also some floral and spice notes such as pepper and cloves. A very fresh and straightforward flavor on the taste, opening with volume and ending with delicacy and accuracy.
