Description
Bright ruby color, very fresh aroma of raspberry and cherry. On the palate it is robust and intense, finishing with a very dry aftertaste.
Winemaking:
The grapes come from two 40-year-old vineyards. 60% Touriga Franca and 40% Touriga Nacional. After manual harvesting into 22 kg boxes, the grapes remain in a cold chamber for 12 hours. Vinification was done in a traditional lagar (traditional stone trough) with foot treading for 5 days. Unfiltered wine.
