Description

Vinification:
The vintage was held in early September. The grapes were transported in boxes from 22kg to the cellar. They were 12h in cold room, being pressed in a vertical press. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurred in all of the batch in used 600L pigeons. 6 -month wood in thin -legged wood.

Proof Note:

Bright yellow color, it has grades of Alperce and Lima in the aroma; An intense mouth where the wood appears subtle. Very intense wine that asks for food. A large Douro reserve.
