Description
Winemaking: The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22kg boxes to the winery. They were kept in a cold chamber for 12 hours, being partially crushed, followed by pressing. The must was transferred to a stainless steel tank, where alcoholic fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. It then aged in 600L barrels for 16 months with bâtonnage and for another 16 months in a stainless steel tank. The wine was bottled in November 2022.
Exam Notes: Straw-colored wine with aromas of Rocha pear and some floral notes. On the palate, it reveals itself as a full-bodied, mouthwatering wine with a super vibrant acidity. A high-altitude white wine, very food-friendly.
