Description

Vinification: The grapes were partially crushed and conducted to a stainless steel tub, where the pelicular maceration was performed until the beginning of fermentation.

TEST NOTES:
Straw color, scents to honey, tea and boiled pear. A full wine with citrus notes in the mouth, an excellent acidity, persistent and gastronomic.
