Beautiful citrus yellow color. The nose is complex, with notes of tropical fruits and citrus freshness. On the palate, this wine reveals good body and balance, with a balanced structure and a vibrant acidity typical of Douro wines.
Winemaking:
Colheita 100% manual, into boxes with an average capacity of 800 kg. The process involves destemming and crushing, direct pressing, 24 hours of settling, using selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius.
