Description
Citrus color. Exuberant aroma with notes of grapefruit, lychee, lime, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is intense, vibrant, mineral, and has a vibrant freshness, medium concentration, and a silky texture. The finish is long and persistent.
Winemaking:
The grapes were destemmed and then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place over approximately 15 days, with the temperature always controlled to not exceed 14°C.
