Aromatic complex where notes of white fruit combine with ripe tropical fruit, well-integrated with barrel notes. On the palate it is intense with plenty of fruit still present, and the toasty wood adds a complexity that makes the whole so interesting. It finishes long and elegant.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishing in new 500L French oak barrels. Aged in bâtonnage barrels for 9 months and then aged in bottle for 6 months.
