Intense color, characteristic aromas of the grape variety, such as floral notes and ripe fruit. Good balance between ripe tannins, notes of tobacco and vanilla, resulting from aging in wood. On the palate it is dense, with well-present tannins, refreshing acidity. Long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Fermented in stainless steel vats, with temperature control at 28ºC for 10 days, followed by 5 days of maceration. Aged in new barrels for 12 months and then in bottle for 12 months.
