Description
Rosé in color, intense aroma of wild berries, field herbs and spices, on the palate it presents good volume and balance, long finish.
Winemaking:
Colheita 100% manual, into boxes with an average capacity of 800 kg. The process involves destemming and crushing, direct pressing, 24 hours of settling, using selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius.
