Produced from traditional grape varieties of the Douro Demarcated Region, sourced from the highest areas (600 m) of Quinta de Vale de Cavalos, in a soil area marked by the transition between schist and granite, to ensure freshness. Aging in second-year French oak barrels gives it complexity and structure.
