Description
The ripe citrus appears well combined with slight barrel vanilla notes. The body is full -bodied and creamy, has a beautiful acid balance, emerging at the end to give light claw to vegetable bitterness.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually and transported in trays of 30 kg. Fermentation with controlled temperature with reassembly and prolonged maceration. He matures in new American and French oak barrels “Allier” (300 liters) for 12 months, followed by a collage period in stainless steel vats to the traffic jam.
