Winemaking:
Produced from hand-picked Verdelho grapes, fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the main fermentation is completed in new French oak barrels. Left to rest, bâtonnage takes place during the first 12 weeks after 6 months of aging in barrels and before bottling.
