Exam notes:
A dark red wine, very intense and powerful. The aroma presents notes of black wild berries, combined with notes of dark chocolate. On the palate it is deep and structured with a silky texture, a long finish and character.
Winemaking:
Winemaking in stainless steel vats, with total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels.
