Description

TASTING NOTES: Dark red, ruby color. Intense and concentrated aroma with chemical notes standing out. In the mouth it has good volume, plenty of fruit and an enveloping finish.

VINIFICATION: Complete destemming of grapes, pre-fermentation maceration for 1 to 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Dark violet color, intense aroma, highlighting very ripe black forest fruits with notes of spices. The mouth confirms the presence of very ripe fruit, strong and well-formed tannins, with a long and persistent finish.
