Description
Light ruby color, delicate aroma of red and black currants, notes of forest, dry earth and a blend of fresh aromatic herbs. Full of freshness on the palate, with a fairly light body, delicate structure, and a vegetal note that suits it well.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20-kilogram boxes from the Tinta Amarela plot, with gentle crushing and destemming of the bunches. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel vats.
