Description
Limid, clear and bright yellow color. Floral aromas with notes of lime and white fruits. Living acidity, which leads to a young and refreshing end.
Vinification:
The grapes are crushed in pneumatic press. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, the controlled temperature. No aging in barrel. 100% of wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before traffic jam.
