Vinification:
Detail was produced from a blend of several typical Douro grape varieties from Soutelo do Douro. Vineyards with 50 years planted at an altitude between 500m and 600m, the grapes were harvested in early September in order to maintain a high level of acidity in order to produce a fresher wine. After fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 25 days, with part of the stem, it aged for 14 months in used French Burgundy oak barrels, until bottling.
