Citrus yellow in color with a slight presence of gas helping to enhance the flavors and freshness of the wine. It expresses the character of the area with an intense fruity aroma and light floral notes with lively acidity, resulting in a very fresh and appealing wine.
Winemaking:
The pre-selected grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after racking, fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days.
