Description
High quality Tawny Port, obtained by blending selected wines from different harvests, aged in cask, and whose average age is 30 Years.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation at controlled temperature, interrupted by the addition of brandy AGEING: Careful blending of superior quality Tawny Port Wines, aged in casks, with a capacity of around 625 litres.
TEST RESULTS:
AROMA: Intense and concentrated, with a touch of honey and dried fruit.
PALATE: Concentrated and soft, denoting a good balance between sweetness and the typical acidity of aged wines. Enveloping and with a long finish.
