Blended from rare Port wines aged in old oak casks for five decades, Taylor's Golden Age is a special collector's edition released in limited quantities. This 50-year-old Tawny comes from the easternmost sub-regions of the Douro Valley, home to some of the finest Quintas, traditional sources of the longest-lived wines. Before being blended, the wines aged in Taylor's cellars in old oak casks specially selected by the house's master coopers.

Aroma
The primary aromas are elegant, rich, and very delicate. Notes of rum and raisins, cloves, nutmeg, and hints of ground black pepper.

Flavor
Plums, quinces, and apricots dance on your palate while lemon and orange zest provide a fresh acidity that balances the wine's richness.

Color
Brown core, coppery with a thin golden border.
