A bright red wine (consistent with the definition of Palhete), young and vibrant. Its aromas highlight youthfulness and aromatic purity, evidenced by floral aromas and ripening fresh red fruit. In its simplicity, a good harmony. A dry wine, with fresh acidity, light body, soft, allowing itself to be enveloped by light fresh fruit and a lively and balanced finish. Marked on the palate by a refreshing acidity, medium body, but very balanced with its alcoholic strength and a floral touch, but above all a lively and very long finish.
Winemaking:
Harvested in the second week of September. Grapes crushed but not destemmed. Co-fermented with natural yeasts and without temperature control in lagares (traditional stone troughs) with foot treading. After all the sugars were released, it was pressed and left with the fine lees until bottling. Aged 100% in stainless steel tanks, always in contact with the fine lees.
