Selection of grapes on sorting tables, inoculation with selected yeast, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with maceration by manual remontage at a temperature of 22-26ºC.

Wild berries with immense purity on the elegant nose, some spice like white pepper and dried shrub. The tannins are highly silky and the texture is creamy, in a very delicate and enveloping, flavorful red wine.
