 Deep grenade color. Red fruits, raspberry and cherry. Mineral touch and appealing spices notes.

Vinification:
Vinified in the small cellar dedicated to Quinta de Roriz. The grapes were handy and the curls separated manually. The grapes were inoculated with selected yeasts and the maceration was performed by reassembly. Fermentation temperatures were maintained between 22 and 24ºC. Aging in stainless steel and 400 L French oak barrels.

Ready to drink now, although with bottle aging potential for two to three to three years. Will benefit from a guard stage between 6 and 12 months.
