Description
Prova Régia Branco is a worthy ambassador for the Arinto grape variety from the Lisbon region. Originating at Quinta da Romeira, the brand has honored this heritage in an exemplary manner for over two decades.
Originating from the manual colheita of Arinto grapes, which were destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a flotation and fermentation process of the musts under controlled thermal conditions for 20 days, and subsequent aging on the lees in vats.
Prova Régia is bottled in the same year as the colheita , so that the characteristics and aromas of the Arinto grape variety benefit from a short aging period in the bottle.
It should be stored horizontally at temperatures between 10ºC and 15ºC.
Tasting Notes: It has a crystalline appearance and a citrine color, with an emphasis on floral and fruity notes in the aroma, further marked by an intense mineral freshness, also present in its flavor.
