Description
Winemaking:
Soft pressing and cold static decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel vats with regular movement of the lees for 6 months.
Test results:
Mineral flavors of chipped stone and wet sand, citrus fruits from the peel and pulp, soft notes of lime blossom and its pollen. Great structure, long and digestive presence.
