Description
Qm Alvarinho-Sauvignon Blanc is a blend elaborated exclusively with grapes of the Sauvignon and Alvarinho caste, from the subregion of Monsoon and Melgaço, the noblest in the region of green wines.
TEST NOTES: It presents aromas of passion fruit, melon and wild net. It is pure and juicy, displaying grapefruit notes and a balanced acidity. And grapefruit and a balanced acidity.
Vinification: Soft pressing and decantation of 12 to 36 hours to a controlled temperature between 12ºC - 16ºC. Fermentation up to 15 days with temperature control between 14ºC - 16C. Stainless stainless steel stages with controlled temperature and regular leftover movement for 3 months after the end of fermentation.
