Descrição
Smalted aromas with notes of toasted vegetables. It has a serious and spicy profile. In the mouth it has a strong acidity as well as a remarkable freshness and large structure. Long mouth end. A rosé wine full of personality.
Vinification:
Trainee for 6 months where 33% was in used 500L French oak barrels, 33% in new barrels of 225L and 33% in stainless steel vats.
