Description
Ruby colored wine, with aromas of ripe cherry and acorn, coming from the grape variety and the barrel aging. In the mouth it has structure, with acidity and minerality balanced by the prolonged aging in barrels, giving rise to a harmonious and prolonged finish.
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in the bottle.
Characteristics of the vintage year: Hot and dry year, especially during the grape ripening phase.
Consumption Range : immediately up to 10/15 years.
