Quinta Da Boa Esperança Reserva White
Description

Aromas of black fruit, with spicy and smoky notes. Fresh, intense and structured in the mouth, with firm tannins.

Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The varieties were vinified separately. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in the bottle.

Characteristics of the vintage year: Hot and dry year, especially during the grape ripening phase.

Consumption Range: immediately up to 15/20 years.
