Aromas of black fruit, with spicy and smoky notes. On the palate it is fresh, intense and structured, with firm tannins.
Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a lagar (traditional stone trough) with a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The grape varieties were vinified separately. 90% of the batch aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. 18 months of bottle aging.
