Description
Black fruit aromas with spicy and smoked notes. In the mouth it is fresh, intense and structured, with firm tannins.
Vinification:
Total disgust followed by pre-fermentation maceration to 8ºC. Posterior fermentation in lagar with controlled temperature of 24ºC. The castes were vinified separately. 90% of the lot of 24 months in French oak barrels. 18 month internship in bottle.
