Description
A few 15 km from the Atlantic, this vineyard that looks straight on, acquires all the minerality and freshness that is found in this wine. A unique rosé and differentiated by its expressive acidity, enormous freshness and a salinity so marked that it makes it textured. A light salmon color, bulky and structured, ideal for wine by the glass or fish dishes, seafood and salads, or even white meat dishes.
Vinced by hand, our grapes are carefully selected for 15kg boxes. In the cellar, gentle pressing of whole curls, in order to guarantee the light salmon hue, followed by fermentation with controlled temperature between 10/12 °C.
