Description
Vinification: Handwater grapes and transported in small 18kg boxes are scratched, deceived and gently crushed. Then they ferment in stainless steel deposits, with temperature control where, with soft reassembly, all elegance and aromatic complexity of selected castes for the lot is preserved.
Proof Note: Color loaded, very intense, almost retinent and bright. The nose is powerful and complex, combining good characteristics of the Douro demarcated region, such as the lies, black fruits of plum and ginja, as well as nonsense notes of blackberry and chocolate. In the mouth it is full, powerful, of thin and elegant abundant tannins, giving a good indication of excellent guard wine.
