Description
Vinification: Soon after crushing is separate the must from the remaining masses.
Once naturally decayed, the must is fermented at low temperatures (between 12 and 16ºC), in order to preserve the primary aromas of the caste.
Internship: After fermented the wine in stainless steel tub until traffic jam.
