Description
Vinification: Handwater grapes and transported in small 18kg boxes are scratched, deceived and gently crushed. Then they ferment in stainless steel deposits, with temperature control where, with soft reassembly, all elegance and the aromatic complexity of the selected castes for the lot is preserved.
Internship: After the malolactic fermentation, the wine interned in stainless steel vats and used barrels of French oak, so that the microoxygenation of the wooden wood and enhance the fresh side that the good altitude of the vineyards give the grapes.
Proof Note: Good color, intense, dark. Very clean nose, blackberries, plums with some vanilla. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and lightweight with an elegant mouth, becoming easy to drink.
