Description
Citrine color with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma with well-integrated wood notes combined with the wine's minerality. Good volume on the palate (creamy) with crisp acidity and a fresh, long finish.
Winemaking:
From the best plots of the estate, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after racking, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.
